Default 94 starting problem (most likely electronic issue)

Hi, I have a 94 Blazer and about a month ago I started having problems getting it to start. I read the "94 fuel pump silent-dead" threadbutI think I have a different problem. It will turn over, but it won'tstart.Afterabout 10 trys it might start (if I'm lucky), and it willstart fine for the rest of the day. But it seems that the longer I leave my Blazer sitting (ie not running) the harder it is to start it the next time. I decided to change my battery and got a new one put it. It started pretty much like normal for a while, but now, after and few weeks it has gone back to it's old ways.

Now here's the interesting part..

I take a charger to my battery and it reads a 100% charge, but it won't start. I put it on 60A jump start and it usually fires right up. I can't take the charger around with me everywhere, and even if I could, it's quite a hassle doing it every time, as you might imagine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
