To the OP, have you checked the EGR valve? Traced vacuum lines for possible leaks? Checked the fuel pressure at the engine?

I have already checked and cleaned the egr even cut out a pop can to the size and blocked it and put just a pin hole in it didn't change anything.and the torque conv isnt locking up but today I got another mech to pick it up and hope fully he can find the prob
I have did the rebuild for the tbi it self checked all vac lines several times I did want the fuel pressure checked but the one mec said it didnt need it, its getting gas and its a new fuel pump and sending unit but ive been told the can go bad easily or not a top of the shelf brand,s-10 are picky to that I guess?

ive redone the egr ,,it seems to be that t runs fine until it reaches 210 degrees normal running temp,,that it starts to surge and idle all crazy,,some times it does soemtimes it doesnt,,it will be fine in park or nuetral but when put in other gears it wants to die and the lgiths dim, but sometimes its fine,,today i put it in 4 lo and it stalled,,but 10 minutes later it was fine to do a burnout lol..any help please,i need to get my baby running right again my pops wont let me use his jeep any more cuz i brought it home covered in mud lol, thanks

that is an indication that it is a sensor problem of some sort. Are there any codes stored? Have you replaced the O2 sensor?
