My '94 Blazer Tahoe will need side body graphics after I repair/replace some body parts. There exists a 'decal' that is really neat and I would like to replace it. Who has such stuff?

Your best bet is to take a good, straight on side photo of your truck and take it to a vinyl graphics shop. They should be able to match the graphics design. I would replace everything if you are going to do it, not just one panel. Colors likely would be very difficult to match up due to fading.
