I hate rattles and Ive develpoed one in the panel that that windshield wipers go into. Its the panel after the hood and before the windshield ('89). Does any one have the same problem, or a possible solution? This thing is driving me crazy! Thanks

The cowl is what your reffering to and with that check it for loose spots, if there is loose spots there is screws that hold it down tighten them up!!

 

I couldnt find any screws, are they under the hood?

 

Raise your hood and look at the cowl that way. The screws I was referring to should be right the on the part of the cowl that is under the hood. Hope this helps, let us know if you need more!!!
