Post Broken Horn

hey guys, ive got a small problem the wire that hooks up to the horn button on my 94 s-10 blazer came apart from the column. I put it back where it came from and what do you know the plastic piece that holds the spring and the cable to the contact point broke any way to fix that without tearing apart the column?

very popular part to break if your talking about that plastic part that the wire kinda twists into. here is my fix. get yourself a small metal object a pick small nail whatever. heat it up with a lighter or whatever till its hot and just burn the notch into the other side, usually they only kinda break halfway, kinda hard to exlplain but almost every newer body style fullsize truck ive seen or owned that stupid thing breaks
