Default A/C, Heat Control question

i went out today to go to the store and my ac and heat controls to make the certain vents work is wacked out, i only get the dash and floor vents working. the slide for the temp works good, the blower speed switch works fine, just the slide that has the defrost, ac, and vent control isnt working right. anyone know why it would do that? doesnt seem like its getting any vaccuum cuz i dont hear any hissing once i turn it off after its running and in use

Yup, or the actuator door is jammed/broken... Get down on the pass floor and investigate for those issues or a vaccum line broken. Maybe lube the door too while in there. Easy fix.

are there alot of vacuum lines in the dash? so if there is a bad line, would it be hard to find?

now i have to try and get the temp cable back on without bending it!! yay for me!! -_-
