Default A/C rebuild-ish...any tips?

1991 S10 Blazer RWD 4.3

Hello all

So My compressor died, and I have ordered a new one.
Being that I have to recharge the entire system and it is all probably stock I figured I might as well pay the extra and get myself a couple of other new parts to save on another recharge when something else dies.

The plan is:

New compressor
New pressure switch
New condenser
New accumulator

I was just wondering if anyone can advise of any important but easily forgotten parts I should do too?.

I don't wanna go nuts replacing everything, but if there is another $5-10 switch or filter I am not thinking of I might as well do it all at once

Thanks guys.

Yeah.. if your compressor came apart, you also need a new orifice.. actually you should replace the entire line from condenser to evaporator, flush the evap and remember to draw down to at least 26 in HG for more than an hour. Overnight is better.
- Yeah I know it's supposed to be 29 but I've been doing 26 for over 20 years and never had a fail yet. That's on about ten cars and over 50 residential systems {as rental property maintenance.}
