charging issues

Default charging issues

Hello

I put 2 new altenators in my 92 4.3 blazer s10 and it still wont charge the battery at all the battery is good

when you unhook the battery the vehicle completely dies

any suggestions

sounds like faulty wiring to me. I got my old alt out of my 92 if ya need another when you get it figured out. PM me for details.

i figured it was faulty wiring but where....
i need a wiring schematic or somthing

best advice would be to go to your local parts place (autozone, advance auto) and buy a haynes manual. like 15 bucks. great to have. I might have my 1st gen haynes layin around. I will look tonight and let you know.

i had the same problem and it was a fusible link. have you tried those?
