Cool code 35

any one ever heard of a code 35
i bought this 93 blazer Lt 4.3 vortech for next to nothing it had a bad motor so i found a donar blazer and swaped it out
it has the digital dash but the dash sometimes works and somtimes doesnt
everthing that works works real slow like the wipers windows ect. smells like it runs a little rich. blue smoke comes out the exhaust. brakes kinda hard to push.
all the codes im pulling are 22, 35?, 43, i've swaped some of the spendy parts with working ones like egr & map i put in new fuel pump plugs wires cap and rotor thermostate therm sending unit
these codes will not go away any one have any idea what else could be wrong any info would be helpfull thankyou

Gimpy is your friend too. I cheated and looked in the book. It also tells you how to troubleshoot although the knock sensor is the only one you don't need a scan tool for. As for everything running real slow, it sounds like you don't have good grounds between the engine and body/chassis.
22 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Low (Signal Voltage Low)
35 Idle Air Control (IAC) Error
43 Knock Sensor Circuit
