Default driver side brake caliper sticking.

Ive had this issue for a little while. I thought i fixed it. Last night i raised the front end to check for play and noticed i had more drag on the driver side then the passenger side. a few months ago i replaced

both calipers
both front brake hoses
bled system
I greased the slides etc correctly. its still doing it. I'm not sure now what to do. Im wondering if my proportioning valve is sticking. i dont have abs.

more drag or is it locking up? Does it still rotate at all if you spin it?

its not locking up,you know how when you adjust the drums you adjust till it has a bit of drag? its doing something sorta like that. its not spinning freely like the other side. last time i changed pads the inner was worse then the outter.

im about ready to delete the "rawl" system it has and put in a earlier 85" proportioning valve.
