encoder motor

Default encoder motor
94 s10 blazer.I put on new encoder motor and now it will not come out of 4 wheel drive.the actuator is working ok.Itsays to clear atc code.pulled the fuse will that clear it.Ihave 1 button switch for 4=4. Thanks
