Question few problems...brain hurts...out of ideas....

ok as title states got a few problems.....

93 s-10 blazer 4x4 4.3w
iacv issue, replaced with a brand new unit 3 times all bwd from advanced nvr worked right first 2 third works ok sometimes, take the one outa the gf's 94 bravada 4.3w as i know it works perfect, set it as per instucted in the hayes book and it works better but i still get a iacv error code all the time no clue as to why, the one from my blazer which is now in the bravada works perfect in it... outa answers brain on overload..

same truck pwer door locks only work when the trucks temp i mean as in the whole truck is cool when it gets hot it wont work if i run the ac it seems to work all the time....pwr door lock relay? if so i cant find the damn thing, but while searching for it i noticed a shorted wire that was orange and black and i looked it up as the +12v line for the dr locks so i fixed it and thought that would fix my dr locks but nope, also the wire had corrosion on it so it been arcing on the computer sitting next to it for a long time, i made i shield s it wont ever happen again but im not sure where to go from here..

94 bravada 4.3 w awd...
starting issue it cranks real hard and sometimes just falls flat then turns then falls flat then it starts, what i would call a lurching or stumbling, after it starts it runs great, i have replaced the nut kit on it as the fpr didnt have any signs of leaking, i dont have a fp gauge so what else can i check with what i got.

On the '93 IAC valve issue, you are going to want to fully inspect your wiring between the valve and the ECU.

On the '94, you really should bite the bullet and pick up a fuel pressure gauge. That way you can know for sure if you have a fuel problem. You could verify timing is set properly (0* TDC #1 with timing wire disconnected).

timing is set at 0 as per instructed, and i know that i should get a gauge i plan on it when the funds get here...

iacv wiring to the ecu under the passenger side speaker?

off the wall thought...
when the 12v wire was sparking on the ecu and grounding could it have done something to the ecu?

any ideas on the lock issue o great one...

Intermittent problems are some of the most difficult to diagnose. You basically have to dig into the lock schematics and get to testing.

And yes, the ECU is located under the dash on the passenger side. If you shorted out the wiring at/to the ecu, it could cause damage.
