My right headlight doesn't stay up this would have to be a bad spring right? Anyone have any ideas where I could get one?
Also, does it hurt to get the 2.8 wet?
I know some engines you can just take a hose and wash the engine bay like the LS1.

i have bought springs for headlights from LMCtruck.com and as for the getting engines wet, as long as you dont have a open air cleaner box, or something like that you should be able to wash your engine down... but dont get me wrong not many motors like to be summerged into lakes/ponds
hope this helps

Is there any other way to get a hold of one? The bone yards where I live act like they don't even know what I'm talking about lol.

If you cant get into a bone yard to pick it yourself and they dont know what your talking about. Then you might as well just order it from LMC. They probably dont want to go out and get you a $2 spring for headlight, its not "worth" it to them.

Yeah, I've tried looking on LMC but have yet to find it there is a link earlier in the thread but it lists everything but the spring. Any idea where it would be on their site?
