Default Fuel line disconnecting

Hey guys, this is my first post on this forum, and i'm pretty glad that i found it!

Right now i am in the middle of a fuel pump replacement, and the part that i am hung up on is disconnecting the fuel lines. I have the metal fuel line removal tool that has both 3/16" and 5/16" sizes. I kinda get how to use the tool. I just do not know which fitting to use it on because the fittings on my 1993 s-10 blazer seem to be different than the ones that i keep hearing be described...

any help would be appreciated greatly... i've read plenty of threads on here about fuel pump replacement, just not specifically how to disconnect the fuel lines...

The bad part of this whole thing is that the tool you purchased really does not work all that well with the limited space available on these lines. I find it easiest to use a small screw driver to unlatch the plastic clips from the quick disconnects.

haha yeah that's what i've heard everywhere . The thing is that i do not see any 'plastic clips' on my fuel lines...maybe i'm not looking in the right place, or everything is just too filthy to see. About where along the fuel lines coming from the fuel pump are the clips supposed to be?

On the first gens they didnt have the quick disconnect fittings, Its a pain to get up there, there is two metal lines and one rubber line, just find the smallest wrench you can, you may have to rest the tank on top of you while you wrench it out. The easiest way I found if you have long arms to to rest the tank on something and go in from the drivers side wheel. With lots of light its possible you should be able to get it off
