My fuel pressure moves from 5 lbs to 9 lbs. At 9 lb the motor is too rich and stalls out. If I cut the switch off and restart, the pressure comes back to 5 lbs. The pump, fuel cell and battery are all in the back. Pump has relay. Since the key is only turning on the relay, I am very confused.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Webble

 

What are we working on year/engine - Is this factory or aftermarket stuff?

holley carb
holly blue pump
holley regulator
fuel cell

 

Friend had a holly regulator that had these problems. Which one do you have? He said they made a improved version.
