Fuse Block swap?

Fuse Block swap?
Anyone here have any info on D.I.Y. Fuse Block swap? I believe my fuse block is bad, and was hoping for info on how to remove it. I will be using the same panel from my parts truck. I searched the forums but found nothing. Any help is much appreciated. This will be for my 89 S10 Blazer.
