yea im a hundred percent sure its gas. and it runs along the frame in some white clips. no sorry i cant get a better pic it off my cell phone.. it looks like its the brake line but its not its sprayin.

If it is one of the metal fuel lines on the top of the frame rail you can replace the whole thing or just cut out the bad area and replace it with high pressure fuel line and some good clamps. You'll more likely find one of the rubber hoses connecting the tank to the metal lines is busted.
