Heater hose to manifold removal?
Have read threads that show it. Have read were it has broken off at manifold. But nobody has explained yet how it should be removed properly. Anybody know how to do that in detail.

The hose nipple broke off?
Easiest but most costly is heat and a huge ez out.
Take a triangle file and cut it to the point you barely see the threads on the manifold in a few different spots. Carefully take a small cold chisel and try to break the sections of the nipple (what's left) toward the center of the hole. After a few sections are gone the rest should come out.
