Default Left caliper dragging...

Ok so here's what the dealio is... Have a 92 GMC Jimmy, 4wd, 4.3l, auto trans and the infamous Kelsey Hayes 4 wheel ABS system.

A week or so ago my left front caliper began dragging. I replaced caliper, pads and rotor. Bled system. After driving for a day it started dragging again. Turkey basted the old fluid from the master cylinder and cleaned real good. Pulled brake hose off LF caliper and put in container of brake fluid and pumped pedal several times forcefully in case of a blockage, reattached and bled again. Cleared fluid from new caliper and all the sleeves work fine. Seemed to help. Checked at the wheel and seemed to release ok. Took for a test drive and the more I used the brakes the more it would drag. Had to crack bleeder screw twice on way home to releive pressure. Something is causing the pressure not to release from the caliper after getting off the pedal. Replaced the banjo bolt and still same issue.

I have that infamous Kelsey Hayes ABS system but it has never functioned in the 2 yrs I've owned the vehicle. Never had a liight on dash even when I turn the key on to start the vehicle. The other 3 wheels brake without issue just the problem on left front.

Oh btw had same issue with the right front about a year ago but replaced caliper and went away.

Any ideas?
Thanks, Troy

Try replacing the rubber line. They sometimes colapse on the inside. They will allow presure to go through but not to be relased
