Default A little wierd...normal?

Ok so I did some searching and came up with nothing...when my 91 blazer is in neutral and I rev it up past like 2500-3000 the digital speedo starts to creep up to about 5-10 mph...is that normal and if not what would cause that? The higher I rev the higher the mph but I don't think it goes past like 10 ever...

Idk man mine does that and it's a 04. I guess it's normal with blazers I've never had a vehicle that does this.

I'd say its internal to the Instrument panal. the digi dash was gm's fist use of a non cable driven spedo in the blazers. so its very posable that after 20 years the circuits may be shorting together. Im curios if mine dose that, it only lights up on rough roads ...
