I picked up a 92 s10 blazer from my friend, it has a slightly rough idle and will not accelerate past 30 mph. I was looking under the vehicle and noticed a black tube with a metal he like end just hanging down. It is paired with two other wires that appear to still be attached. I need a little help figuring out what it is and if it should be connected.

Where does the cable hand down exactly? (Looks like the transmission pan on the right side)

Can you provide more pics from underneath and above so we can see the other two cables you refer to.
