look at the purple wire where the bulkhead connector on the fire wall beside the brake booster they burn in the connector and have an intermittent no start issue....also make sure u have the ign. switch adjusted right . ive had the issue with the wire melting in the connector on several 1st gen blazers

Sorry for slow updates this truck is 45 mins away from home so I can't get enough free time to get out to mess with it much.....and the saga continues, both wires check out fine starter is good (had it tested to be sure) BUT new symptom which obviously says there is some wiring issue somewhere, opened door to pop the hood and the headlight warning buzzer starts going off and the hazard flashers start blinking, so any suggestions what these 3 issues have in common? (headlight buzzer/hazards/no crank) that would at least help narrow down where to start searching for the wiring gremlin. (keep in mind it has a brand new ac delco ignition switch, granted faulty parts do happen)
