No power

I have a 93 full size blazer that loses power when I step on the gas. I have replaced the fuel regulator, the injectors, the filter. I have heard that this model has low fuel pressure (13 psi). They also said year cannot be tested without hardlinig a fork into the fuel line to test the pressure. Has anyone heard of a way to get more fuel pressure. I was also told that the sending unit on top of the pump is what malfunctions, sending fuel back at the same time it pumps foward. Anybody ever heard of this? Is my next fix going to be a fuel pump/ sending unit? Everything else on the truck I've replaced is fairly new I used quality parts. Plugs, caps, rotor, wires, sensors. I don't know where to look next. All this on top of rebuilding the rear and the tranny within 2 weeks. I don't beat on this truck but it breaks down like I do. Any advice? Pullin' my hair out
