No Start

Question No Start

ok i had a fuel pump problem that i finally got around to doing ,changed fuel pump(acdelco) replaced the filter then no start ,got fire, checked to see if gettin gas to phlum was gettin fuel, not pressuerd tested yet ,fuel pump works with key on , i can spray starting fluid in it then fires n runs till all fluid is burned out truck was running fine before i started its a 93 4.3 w blazer wat can i do

What made you change the fuel pump? A pressure test sure would have saved time & money. Since it runs on starting fluid, the problem likely is the injector harness inside the intake manifold. Not really an expensive part, nor is it difficult to change.

fuel pump was screaching for a while then would blow the ecm fuse let cool off n change fuse and would run fine ,,,,the injecter harness is that the red n blue wire that comes from undre the throtel body

same problem I got the injector harness Hun??? friend of mine has same jimmy 4.3 and he showed me a release valve nipple for the fuel pump it didn't squirt the way his did and after we checked mine the fuel pump would not start up again so we changed it for a new one still no action starting fluid same as you say fires and runs till its burned up... New fuel filter new plugs rotor cap wires ect... we will be pulling codes tomarrow and checking out the injector harness as swartlkk says any questions hit me up at just plain lucky I will try to keep you posted and let me know about your progress too.
