Default oil leak

I was just wondering I have a 93 blazer with the cpi 4.3 and the remote oil filter adapter hoses are leaking. Has anyone taken off the remote and put on a filter in the regular spot on the moter?

No most people either replace the lines with new ones or fix the old ones. This is what I am going to do. If you want to spend extra money you could go AN fittings and stainless braided line.

The 4WDsuspension does notpermitan oil filter to be attached to theengine block. That is why GM designed aremote oil filter system on 4WD Blazers. You must replace the leaky oil lines. You can findoil lineson eBay and theO-ring kits are available from Fel-Pro and most other gasket makers.
