Piston Rings

Hey guys, I need some new piston rings for my '91 4.3 4wd with the stock 4" bore. Does anyone know the size of the rings? I've heard moly is the best(?) Should I get 1st and 2nd moly rings? And what about the oil ring? Standard, shallow, or deep?
