Default Problem with my A/C

I recently bought a 92 v6 blazer to use as a daily driver. The A/C was working fine one day, now all of a sudden the A/C only blows out of the floor vent, it's still cold, just won't blow out of the right vents. Any ideass? Thanks.

my only thought is to check your vacum lines. Your a/c uses engine vacume to swith between floor, vents, and windshield settings. a line may have become disconnected or cracked. hope this helps you some and good luck.

Sorry, I dont have any suggestions for your problem, but my AC in my 99 two door usually works just fine, but if I drive for say an hour or more, it seems like it wont blow very hard or at all out of the vents. I can still hear the blower motor working fine when this happens and you can hear the speed increase when you turn the switch up, but it doesn't come out of the vents, any suggestions?

Brian 87gt, You have a problem with the vacuum lines or more likely with one or more of the vacuum actuators. If you can gte ahold of a Mity Vac or some other hand held vacuum pump you can isolate exactly what the problem is. Sometimes the diaphragms get old and cracked in the actuators or maybe it's just a vacuum line. They are pretty small and this type of problem is pretty common. I have had 3 S series vehicles and have had vacuum problems with all of them. Whatever it is the parts are relatively inexpensive.
