Default Rear window washer grommet

I recently tried to use my rear washer on my 94 S10 Blazer and it sprayed washer fluid all over the cargo area in back. I had a quick look, and the tubing has broken at the grommet. Unless I'm dumb and missing something, the grommet that goes through the window seems to be built onto the actual tubing. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can find replacement tubing that has this grommet, or any ideas about a simpler solution? Is a normal grommet of that size something I could find somewhere as a pretty standard part? Thanks for any advice!

I see three possibilities. 1) see if a this is still in stock somewhere and get a new part. 2) go to a wrecking yard for a replacement, 3) carve out the old hose of the existing grommet and feed a new hose through.

You can get grommets for a hose anywhere at car-electric shops or electric supplies for junction boxes.

I had to fix mine years ago the way Christine suggests and cut the hose to fix it with hose connectors which can be found in RC modelling.

The quick fix at the time was to cut the hose on both sides of the OEM grommet and used a short piece of the ink tube from a pen to fix it. Held for 4 years. LOL

Thank you both for your advice earlier, I'm sorry I never checked back in. In hindsight it seems pretty obvious that those were my options, I was just hoping that someone knew of a random aftermarket supplier that would have an exact replacement but no such luck! I probably could have found a replacement hose through a wrecking yard or something. The hose/grommet assembly isn't available separately, it comes with the wiper arm. I searched all over and couldn't find it available as a brand new part anywhere. The eBay auctions for rear wiper arms scared me away because the hose was always cut off. Dorman also doesn't make a replacement, although they do make a rear wiper arm for the full size Blazer that looks similar, but I don't know if the hose is the correct length.

I pulled the hose out of the wiper arm to work on it and accidentally broke the connector off of the nozzle while pulling the hose off of it. I don't know how I broke it, I think it must have already been half broken or something. The nozzle is also impossible to find (GM part 22111276). Several random GM dealers claim to have it in stock online, but they actually don't when you inquire further. The wiper arm I linked above seems to have a similar nozzle, so that might be an option. I was able to carefully use some 2 part epoxy to attach the hose connector back on, it seems very strong.

Another challenge was finding the correct size of tubing. All of the random windshield washer tubing on Amazon isn't the correct size, it's all way too big. I bought a bunch of random tubing before stumbling upon the
Anco 78-764 Windshield Washer Wet Arm Tubing Kit Anco 78-764 Windshield Washer Wet Arm Tubing Kit
, which included tubing that was an exact match. For future reference for everybody, the correct tubing for the rear washer seems to be 7/64" inner diameter, I'm not sure exactly what the outer diameter is, but the thicker tubing in that kit was a perfect match.

For now I carved a hole into the broken end of the grommet, shoved new tubing in there as hard as I could, and doused it with super glue. So I'm still using the original tubing on the outside end of the grommet, and new tubing is attached on the inside end of the grommet using super glue. Everything seems to be holding up for now. Wouldn't be surprised if the super glue fails before long because it's probably not smart to use it on water tight seals. If it does fail I will shove a hose connector through the grommet and then super glue it again. For now I'm back in business!
