I have a 1992 S10 Blazer that im trying to remove the drivers side frame mount on

Does anyone have any idea how to remove this without removing the differential (lowering it maybe just dont wanna take the whole thing off).

Also I have basic hand tools (no airtools/plasma cutters)

Any input is appreciated!!
