removing mirror switch drivers side 1995 blazer lt 2 door

does the panel switch panel for mirrors and windows pop off from the engine (front) end or the passenger (rear) end ?Or is it mounted another way ?

On my '96 (and I can't see why yours would be different) it pries sort of from the back end. I also had to pry some away from the side panel. Go gentle and it'll pop right out.
