Would anyone be able to tell me what size bolts are on the body mounts for a 91 s-10 blazer 4-door and how many there are?

I don't know for sure but they should be easy to see. They probably have a 15mm head and there are probably 8 mounts.
I will not be offended if someone else knows for sure and corrects me...

 

15mm is about right, but you should be able to see the bolts pretty easy. Pull out a socket and find out for sure.

There should be 10 body mount bolts.
2- on each side of the radiator core support,
2- right behind the front wheels,
2- under the passengers seats,
2 - in front of the rear axle, and
2- at the rear end.
