SEEMS like the fuel pump

I'm back from Eastern Washington. The Blazer performed flawlessly. The new shocks really improved the ride. I ordered a complete set of new shocks for the wife's Jimmy and I'll do that job next week when they arrive. Best of all, the Airtex pump is still working. I've ordered a Delco as a backup. I'll keep it in the shop to make sure that I have a quality pump available.
The best thing to come from this is the test lead I made up for testing the fuel pump. I took a blade terminal that fits into the pump test lead socket and put it on a wire. I attached the wire to a switch, an alligator clip and a 10A fuse. That made testing very easy. I could switch the pump on and off while I was watching the fuel pressure gauge.
PS- I'll be sure and post again when the Airtex pump fails and I put in the Delco.
