Default Seems like it is going to stall

I just recently changed my spark plugs since my Blazer was running a bit rough when idling, even prior to changing the spark plugs shortly after starting up and idling for a minute or two, when I apply gas to start moving, it seems like its going to stall then it picks up speed and books it. After it does that psudo stall its fine for the rest of the drive. Is it something that I need to change out or clean? Maybe run some fuel injector cleaner through it?

Thoughts?

I run a 2000 Chevy Blazer 2WD 4.3L. Any help would be helpful.
