Default Shocks and bumper question

Hey everyone, i have a 94 blazer...sorry if these question have been asked already, but i cant seem to find them on here. Ill list them

1st - I only want to lift the truck about 2 inches...will some rear springs and tightening up the torsion bars be safe for only 2 inches? I also only want to run about 30 inch tires. I work at goodyear so i can get whatever i want and try them out. What are some good shocks? I want the suspension to have a bit more travel than it does now. And maybe something a little softer. It rides fairly rough on the road, and its terrible offroad. I think it has some kind of aftermarket performance shocks

2nd - are their any companies that make tubular bumbers for the 1st gen body style? ive seen pictures of them but never any brand names, and im only assuming they could be custom made. Also looking for the rock sliders...i havent seen those for sale. I have a welder and can make my own but would rather not have my ugly mig welds out in plane sight

also on a side note...how hard is the solid front axle swap? are there any good points on the frame to mount control arms for something like a cherokee axle? thanks, Sorry if this has been covered but i couldnt seem to find a lot. thanks!
