When i have it in neutral and running at normal temps, if i gas it for a second sometimes it makes a erally high pitched screech sound. If i downshift hardand dont blip the throttle it does it. Ive been told something about the throwout bearing, but im not sure. Any ideas?

Put your foot on the clutch and push it in and release it and see if you get the noise or if it goes away. Lightly put your foot on the clutch and see if you can make the noise or if it goes away.Check your belts also.

belts are kinda old, that could be it. I cant get the noise unless i downshift hard.
