need to know when you know to change it what is the tell signs that its bad?

changed plugs and wires 8000 mile ago and changed coil i don't git very good mileage uesed to git 26 to 28 on hwy now i dont git even close to that may be 15 can any body help

Excess/unburned fuel in the exhaust, or raw fuel in the upper intake, are signs of a ruptured fuel regulator and or leaking fuel lines.
