Did Chevy make a gear drive transfercase for a blazer that would bolt up to a tranny powerd by a 2.8? Im just curious because i hate chain drive and it seems like the weak link when i got a sas(not full width) and 37s now, 5.88 gears, and cro-moly axels.

Depends on how hard you beat on it. I ran a chain drive case under my burb with 38s.

The np 205 is the only gear drive I know of but no idea if one will mate up to a 2,8 trans
