Default Timing?

Can anyone tell me what the timing should be set at for a '94 Blazer Tahoe 4.3L Vortec?

Could you be more specific? Timing as far as what? Firing order? Distributor installation procedure?

There are 2 timing marks on your balancer. If memory serves me right, my 94 "W" engine is timed to the second indentation above TDC using the second mark that passes. Not sure what it is number is, but it seems to work well for me.
