My 92 Blazer 4.3 automatic is really noisy whenever I'm driving, like anytime I'm in drive and pushing the gas it is loud, sounds like the trans maybe? The noise goes away as soon as I let off the gas and there is also no noise when idling. Shifts fine, 4wd works fine, etc.

 

What kind of noise? A whine, a rattle, a grind?

 

I'd say it is a whine, doing filter and fluid change today
