ok well its been a long time sence i posted here, and just to help anyone in the future regarding the same problems i had heres what helped, i replaced all kinds of parts cheap and pricey, redid all my exhaust welded it myself, constantly had it scanned but never caught the bug, anyway i bought a scanner for obd1/obd2(mine is obd 1.5) and after hours and days of scanning it did its thing for me, coolant temp sensor on intake was reading the engine was cold(like 80 degree off real temp, sometimes more) so in a sense it was flooding itself was gas, replaced the sensor(did NOT replace pigtail) truck ran fine for a few months then kinda started to act up again but not as servere, constantly smelled rich, black residue heavily in exhaist crappy mpg(like sometimes 10mpg so bad) no SES light though, scanned it again 1 day to find out the temp was wrong again, replaced the wire connecter, no more issues back to 100 percent normal, so to anyone fighting this battle when you replace the sensor if you can replace the wire as well, it truely is a phantom, sometimes will run fine sometimes wont, depends on the day, but in the end maybe a 20 dollar pigtail will keep you from new injectors like i did and countless hours and frustration+headaches. now my trucks back to running off exit ramps at 4500rpm sucking in air from the KN CAI and a blasting flowmaster super 44 and back to 15-20mpg(depending on driving condt). good luck to the next person who has my issues and again, thank you everyone who helped me with this!!!

Thanks for the feedback on the true cause of your problem. Viewing live data really does help diagnosing those odd problems.
