RE: 65,000 miles and service
I would recommend some tranny service work.
My preferred method is dropping the pan and installing a drain plug. Since you have it off, replace the fitler only becuase it comes with the new gasket you need. Make sure the mating surfaces are clean of all tranny fluid, use brake cleaner and a compressor, or let it air dry. Then top off with new tranny fluid. 4-5 quarts.
The alternative method, take it someplace and pay to have them flush it.
I recommend draining the pan every year and topping off with new fluid. This will help the tranny live a nice long life.
Since your down there, you should also drian and refill the t-case.
Also a good thing to do is service the locks, shoot some powered graphite in them. Now in liquid form, powdered form. Do not use anything put graphite.
Check all your vent/vacuum hoses, replace as needed.
Service the EGR
Change the air filter and fuel filter and pvc valve.
Check the tire psi and rotate them every 7,000 miles or so. About every other oil change. At the same time, grease all the steering and suspension joints. Look for the zerk fittings.

Geez... I don't know how I missed this post the first or second time through...
I would recommend everything above^^^^^^^^^^.
If the truck isn't running poorly, you shouldn't have to worry about the plugs/wires/cap/rotor at all. Weaknesses or buildup in these components would cause random misfires that would result in little hickups during acceleration to start and gradually get worse.
You may want to service the front and rear diffs as well. In certain climates, our trucks are known to have the rear diff cover rot out. Mine is doing exactly that now at 80k and constantly looks wet, but never drips. I'll be replacing it this weekend if everything goes to plan. The front is just a simple drain and refill. Both use 80w90 (or 75w90) gear lube.
Other than that, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

It's probably a door hinge pin or a loose hood.
Paid 25.00 at the dealer for the parts myself the other day.
