Default Backup camera/monitor help

I got a backup camera and monitor for my blazer. I'm trying to figure out how to hook up the monitor. I got the camera installed just fine but I'm having some trouble with the monitor. I'm not that great with electrical and I'm trying to hard wire the power cord for the monitor to the reverse wire but I'm not entirely sure which wire it is in the dash or if there is an easier way I'm all ears; any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Just use a wire correctly sized for the current & length of the run. Anything bigger than 18awg is probably fine.
