belt squeal

Default belt squeal

new gator belt 2 months ago been good since until yesterday when it hit 60 and melted all of our snow and created alot of condisation now my belt is back to squealing, anyone have any tips on making this go away before i stick it in front of a train????

I would either try some belt dressing or possibly replace the tensioner. I had a car that did the same thing and tried two different brands of belts and an idler pulleybefore I figured out all it was was the damn tensioner, just my 2 cents.

here's something that'll cost nothing but your time....reverse the belt-done that b-4 with limited success. Jerry
