Default Electrical issue?? 95 Blazer volt. meter bounce

Have a 95 LT; need some help as the volt meter is bouncing between 14 and 15. As this happens when the light are on, I notice the headlights and all lights are pulsing to the same frequency as the volt meter? Any suggestions? Could this be a bad ground somewhere?? Thanks for any help...

when you find out , post back , my 98 is doing the same thing, lites pulse too. i'm thinkin v/reg only because i had the same problem w/ an old chrysler that i put an aftermarket v/reg on. when i put a oem on the problem went away. my v/reg is in the alt and i haven't gotten around to trying a diff one yet.

When mine did that I had the alternator tested and turned out it was time for a new one. Easy fix.
