Default New Radiator and Thermostat...running cool

I just replaced the radiator and thermostat on my 96 blazer. It used to run around 200 degrees with temperature fluctuating and heat was a hit or miss whenever I turned it on, but now it's running at about 155 degrees and it pretty much does not fluctuate. heat is constant but not very hot (as expected with a running temp of 160). I asked for a regular thermostat, I cant see why I would get a 160 degree thermostat (the box of the thermostat was not labeled with any info). Is there any other reasons that my car is running cool besides me getting and installing a 160 thermostat?

Replace that thermostat with the correct 195 degree one and see how the temperature does.

you will need to drain about 1/3 of the system, just drain the rad, disconnect the upper and drain that aswell
