well i put my new system in and about a day later air bag light comes on and i got these codes using my friends tech2 any ideas how to fix it and were these grounds are


DTC B1018 Passenger Deployment Loop Short to GND
DTC B1024 Driver Deployment Loop Short to Ground
DTC B1071 Internal SDM Failure

Not sure but maybe you messed up a ground in the airbag sytem when you did the install? Just a thought.

 

the main gorund i used for my install was the frame rails the only one not on the frame rail is my amp that on the body

 

any ideas i have off for the next to day so i want to fix it

 

last bump i have one more day left i know the 2 involve grounds so i will look at the wire diagram for the truck them sdm one i cant find anything on google

 

so i figured out were the sdm is its on the cent hump im going to un plug it and plug it back in
