Update:
Solved. The noise was the catalytic converter. The honeycomb brick was 1/2 clogged and the remaining half was broken up and bouncing around the body of the cat.
Now I've got a nice new high-flow cat, a FM Super 44, and 3" piping all the way out the back of the cat, and noooooo rattle or lack of power
Not a bad problem to "fix"

It started light, random rattling at like 130k, it had been like the video in the last 2-3k miles, finally replaced at 140k.
