Default 01' Blazer, Brakes/Ignition/ECT problems

I own a 2001 Chevy Blazer LT 4x4. I have recently been doing ALOT of wok on the vehicle to keep it running. It has just under 150,000 miles and im starting to run into SEVERAL issues that im hoping some of you can provide some insight to.

First If i leave my truck sitting overnight the battery dies, not every night but most. It will either be completly dead when i come out to start it or it will give me a few clicks then be completely dead. Ive replaced the battery and altinator in the last 2 weeks and have no improvment on the ovenights. also when the truck is running it seems to only have about 12.5-13.5 volts it sits right under 14v. Before the problems it was at 14v majority of the time. Im not surre if the viper remote start/keyless entry has anything to do with it? i started my truck perfectly with the remote start the other day and 2 hours later the battery was completly dead. But after a few min charge from another vehicle it jumps and charges battery just fine. It will also restart (with the key havnt tried remote) within an hour or 2 of the jump, if i let it charge for a few min. Any input on this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Second- After changing the battery and altinator i found that i was overheating while driving, found the culprit (water pump) and replaced it. I cracked my radiator while doing that so also replaced that and flushed the system. After doing so i figured that the few days of the tuck sitting might cause a slight stickyness on the brakes and rotors for a min or 2 during the test drive but i now notice that the truck is consistantly pulling to the right side. When i let go of the gas the truck slows down MUCH FASTER than normal and when moving slow enough it will stop. It feels/sounds/looks like the calipers are consistantly squeezing the rotors. I havnt had time to jack it up and look yet but, when i place the truck in nutral and try to push the truck forwards or backwards i can hear the pads making contacts with the rotors? does this mean i need new calipers/rotors/pads? ive never had to replace the calipers and every time ive done pads they seem to be in great shape (boots are good, squeezes down normaly) Just wondering if somone knows of any other issue that it might be.

Third Im not sure if it has ANYTHING to do with either previous problems but i do know that i need a new transfer case motor and w/e wire/cable it is that connects to it. Symptoms of transfercase motor are inablity to shift into 4hi or 4lo auto 4 seems to work but cant get back to 2hi. It also has a mind of its own and like to shift itself into 4lo whenever it feels like it. I disconnected the vacume line in the back/middle of the hood and also went under the truck and disconnected the cable directly to the transfer case motor. again not sure if problem 3 has anything to do with the other 2 but i figued i would throw it in incase anyone has a clue as to whats wrong with my god forsaken truck lol.
