Default 02 electrical / 1st gear and OD

Here it is and its complicated:
Had the oil changed and the next day I lost all shifting (automatic, stock).
So I had it scanned and there was no communication with the trans. so I cleaned the valve body and connections, changed the fluid and filter. and now it shifts, but not properly. 1st wont shift wot, i have to "help" high rpm and let off and OD will not engage at all. No codes, solenoids seem to be working, but I have an intermittent abs and brake which seems to coincide with the first gear miss???????? Been to 3 shops that want to R&R, but i fear that its something else. Any help would be appreciated.
