03 Xtreme gas Mileage

Default 03 Xtreme gas Mileage

Hi, Im new to the forums, I bought a 03 xtreme last year it currently has 37k on it and im getting about 10mpg..... to me it seems low for a 2 wheel drive, but i could be wrong...... i recently had to change an o2 sensor and i replaced the air filter, but it didnt help...... is there anything else i can do?? any help would be greatly appricated.......

I would run some fuel system cleaner through it and see if that will help, also I would get you catylitic converter checked out cause if it is clogged or not flowing the way its supposed to it will eat up gas quick!! I have a 2wd and I am averaging between 20-24 mpg freeway and 16-19 in town!! My blazer sometimes has a mind of its own with gas mileage!!!
